I really enjoyed being part of this weekโs We Are Selling podcast with Lee Woodward.
What started as a chat about my own business turned into a great conversation around what agents need to focus on when the market gets tougher, including client communication, vendor management, AI, staying disciplined and the habits of high-performing agents.
