Another day in real estate, where no two hours look the same...

🫥 Buyers who were “100% keen” last week… ghosting like it’s a dating app
🏘️ Rental listings flooding in faster than I can update the CRM
👠 A broken heel by midday (RIP) while juggling inspections and calls
And somehow… 🤝 A deal still gets done!

This job is equal parts strategy, resilience, patience, problem-solving and good footwear choices (clearly still working on that last one). It’s RARELY glamorous. It’s OFTEN unpredictable. But it’s never boring - and it’s exactly why I love it. 😉

On to the next call, the next listing, and hopefully a sturdier pair of shoes. 👠
