This week, we welcomed our Garden Towers buyers to two information evenings as we move closer to settlement and the moment they can call Garden Towers home.

Across Monday and Tuesday evening, buyers joined us to learn more about what to expect in the lead-up to settlement and moving into their new home, including:
🔑 The settlement journey and key milestones
🏢 The key handover process
⚙️ Building operations and what to expect once the building is home
🤝 Meeting the strata and building management teams

For many, it was also a chance to put faces to names, ask questions and get a clearer picture of the next steps as we move closer to welcoming residents home.

We've just released our FY26 results, highlighted by our strongest profit since FY15, record pre-sales and an increased dividend.

💰 $20.3m NPAT | ↑ 40.9% on FY25
🏙️ $567.2m in pre-sales | ↑ 92.8% on FY25
📈 3.0 cps fully franked final dividend, bringing total FY26 dividends to 5.5 cps.
🚀 $1.8bn five-year development pipeline

Strong demand across our Riverbank Residences, Palmyra West Apartments and Romeo Applecross projects has driven a record pre-sales book, providing increased visibility over future settlements as projects progress through construction.

As we enter FY27, Finbar is well-positioned for the next phase of growth, backed by a strong balance sheet, record pre-sales, and a pipeline of well-located development opportunities across Western Australia.

🎉 Development Approval Milestone 🎉

We’re pleased to announce that we’ve received Development Approval for our 4,657m² site at 236 Railway Parade, West Leederville.

The approved development will feature two towers of 18 and 19 storeys, delivering 244 residential apartments and 210m² of ground-floor commercial space, with an estimated end value of $265 million.

In true Finbar fashion, the project will include an extensive range of resort-style amenities designed to enhance residents’ lifestyles, alongside a new extended pedestrian and vehicle laneway to improve connectivity throughout the precinct.

Finbar CEO Ronald Chan said the approval represents another meaningful step in the active conversion of Finbar’s five-year, $1.8 billion development pipeline.

The project reflects Finbar’s focus on delivering quality, mid-market apartments at accessible price points in locations where genuine housing demand exists, thereby contributing to Perth’s housing supply and affordability.
