Administration Assistant
Are you organised, proactive and driven by excellence? We’re looking for a highly professional Administration Assistant to support, and play a pivotal role in the smooth and successful operation of a real estate business.

About the Role
You’ll be the backbone of daily operations—keeping everything running seamlessly so our team can focus on growth, client relationships and performance. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
·Delivering exceptional administrative support including calendar management, appointment scheduling and workflow coordination.
·Preparing and managing end-to-end sales documentation—listing presentations, marketing agreements, offers and compliance paperwork.
·Acting as a professional, polished point of contact for vendors, buyers, Investors and Renters
·Maintaining CRM accuracy by updating client notes, tracking prospecting activity, monitoring follow-ups and ensuring data integrity.
·Coordinating and attending onsite appointments such as valuations, building and pest inspections, and related service visits.
·Assisting with team coordination—events, meetings, celebrations and office organisation.
·Supporting the Agent with various personal administrative tasks to enhance daily efficiency and productivity.
What You’ll Bring
·Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, or strong administrative support role ideally in a small business environment (real estate experience is highly regarded).
·A polished, professional presentation aligned with a premium real estate brand.
·High levels of discretion, reliability and professionalism—trusted with confidential information and critical tasks.
·Strong written and verbal communication skills.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms and digital organisation tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
·Exceptional attention to detail, excellent time management and confidence juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
·A collaborative, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed to support the team.

What You’ll Need
·Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
·Real Estate Salesperson Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Additional Information
This role requires close day-to-day collaboration with the Agent and broader team. To ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency, this is an in-office position, and hybrid or remote arrangements are not available.
