🏡 Stage 4 at Yallarah is taking shape!

We’re excited to share another milestone in the development of Stage 4, with bulk earthworks now complete.

This stage has involved extensive site preparation, including topsoil removal, levelling and breaking through hard rock to prepare the land for the next phases of development.

With this work complete, major services including drainage, sewer and water infrastructure are also well underway. Ground preparation is now nearing completion, with road base, kerb and channel works set to commence shortly. Stage 4 is on track for settlements to occur in Q1 2027. 🎉

Every milestone brings us one step closer to creating a vibrant, welcoming and connected community for families across the Echuca region.

With so many homes nearing completion and many families already calling Yallarah home, it’s exciting to watch the neighbourhood continue to grow and take shape. 💚

Construction is officially underway on Yallarah’s new 100-place early learning centre! ✨

Set to open in mid-2027, the centre will provide greater access to early learning for local families and forms an important part of Yallarah’s vision for a connected community with everyday amenities close to home.

As Yallarah continues to grow, the new centre will provide valuable additional childcare capacity for both current and future families across the community.

We’re proud to see another important piece of community infrastructure taking shape, helping create a place where families can live, grow and feel connected for years to come.

We’re excited to welcome Simonds Homes as the first builder to officially open its doors at the Yallarah Display Village.

Join us tomorrow, Saturday 22 August, to explore the brand-new Simonds display home and get your first look inside Yallarah’s growing Display Village.
