Another client’s success story by Christie & Co. Property Group !

Imagine this happening to you, having one property increase in value over $200k in just 12 months from moving in… Now, imagine you have five…

I have many prospects who always have doubts about buying off-the-plan, as you can't see, feel, and touch like a resale, but many don’t realise that when you buy resale, you are purchasing today’s market, but when you buy off-the-plan, you’re aiming for the future!

I won’t say all off-the-plan will perform like this, and there are many daunting stories of people losing thousands out there buying off-the-plan. Therefore, it is crucial to find a knowledgeable property specialist to assist you along the way. At Christie&Co. we are not only knowledgeable but also passionate about properties. I, for one, will not sell anything I wouldn’t buy personally.

Contact us today so that you can be the next success story!

Property market update by Alva Tan.

With the interest rate rising so much in the past 11 months, I have received much feedback from prospects that the housing market will crash further...but is it?

Well, here are some interesting facts I've discovered. Did you know:

🏠 That there are approx 10.6 million dwellings in Australia, with a total estimated value of $8.1 trillion.

🏠The total outstanding mortgage debt on these houses is estimated to be around $1.9 trillion.

What does this mean? It means that the overall Loan to Value ratio is only just over 23% ❗ Imagine you buying a house with an LVR of only 23% ❗

What this tells you is that over half of Australian homeowner does not have outstanding mortgage debt and are owned outright. If you think the interest rate rises are going to motivate them to sell at a low price, then you will have to think again.

If this doesn't motivate you to become a homeowner asap, then I don't know what could. Especially with the upcoming immigration rush, skills & supplies shortage, inflation slowing and rental crisis, the housing prices are forecasted for more increase!

Follow me for more "Did You Know" series about the immigration and supplies update coming soon!
