"What is your fee?" is a natural starting point, but it tells you very little about the service you will actually receive.

Better questions to ask:

Who manages my property day to day?

How experienced is your team?

How quickly are maintenance issues handled?

How do you communicate between inspections?

What systems protect my investment over time?

A property manager who answers these clearly and confidently is worth paying attention to. One who gives vague or scripted responses is worth investigating further before you commit.

Fees matter. But the experience, attention and systems behind that fee matter far more to your long-term returns.

Here's what changed when Donna took over.

Six years in a rental is a long time. And Kaleisha's review is a good reminder of what that experience should actually feel like.

Penthouse overlooking Broadbeach, ocean views, rooftop vibes, zero lawn to mow.

Or a house in the suburbs with a proper backyard, enough room for the kids to kick a ball around, and space to actually breathe.

❤️ WE GOT TO GO HOME. ❤️

Well… we did it!

Team QLRE made it through the Live Like Her Challenge 2026 — although my back would strongly disagree with the word “made it”. 😂

What a night! We laughed, froze a little, met some beautiful people, heard stories that gave us plenty to think about and eventually attempted to get some sleep. (A little bit of wine may have helped with that!🥂 )

Then this morning, we packed everything up, got in our cars… and went home to hot showers, hot coffee and a comfy bed!

That’s the part that really stays with you.

Last night was uncomfortable, but we always knew it was temporary. We knew when it would end and that we had a warm, safe home and our own beds waiting for us.

For many women over 55 experiencing homelessness, there is no such certainty.

One sign at the event summed it up perfectly:

“Growing older should never mean wondering where you’ll sleep tonight.” ❤️

So in just ONE WEEK, our little Team QLRE managed to raise an incredible $2,435 for The Forgotten Women!

We didn’t quite hit our ambitious $5,000 target, but for our first challenge and only seven days to rally support, we are super proud of that effort.

To everyone who donated, shared our posts, sent messages and cheered us on — THANK YOU. You helped us do something genuinely worthwhile.

And yes… there are already conversations about next year. 😂

We’ve learned fairy lights are apparently essential, some people bring practically an entire bedroom, and I will be investing MUCH more heavily in whatever goes underneath my back. 😂

$2,435 raised. One uncomfortable night. A whole lot more awareness. ❤️

Pretty bloody chuffed to have been part of it.
