The street signs are in for Stages 2 & 3 at South Beach 🏖️

The new street are officially named — welcome Martin Street and David Street.

You’ll notice each sign has been badged and also includes a name at the bottom. These streets have been named as part of Council’s Streets of Remembrance program — each street is dedicated to an individual or family who served, with their name recognised directly on the sign 🇦🇺

A simple detail, but a meaningful bit of history behind the names.

☀️ Our stunning entrance statement at Shine Street is nearing completion, and our acoustic fencing is now in place and getting a fresh coat of paint!

🏖️ We’re excited to share a South Beach construction update, with some great progress happening on site.

⭐ Block pe***ng is underway — 100% of the front pegs are now completed, with approximately 30% of the rear pegs completed as well.

⭐ The entry statement and acoustic fencing along Elliott Heads Road are currently being completed and are coming together nicely.

⭐ Footpaths are receiving their final touches, and the final road sealing will be completed shortly, which is another key milestone for the project.

🚧 South Beach Stage 2/3 Update! 🌴✨

Things are heating up in one of the most exciting coastal projects in the Wide Bay:

✨ Shine Street intersections – works now in progress, paving the way for better access into the estate.

✨ Internal roads – construction nearing completion, tying the community together.

✨ Lot infrastructure – final services being connected as we move closer to delivery.

This master-planned community is taking shape fast, and momentum is only building from here. South Beach is set to become a lifestyle destination like no other on the coast.

Big things are happening out at South Beach👷‍♂️

Stages 2 and 3 are powering ahead, with roads now coming in and lots starting to take shape.

We’re on track for civil works to be completed by the end of October! 🎉

We’re also in the process of designing future stages, so if you missed out early on, there’s more to come 👀
