For years I’ve watched ‘The Block’ on and off. (Even bidding one year). This year my 13 year old daughter and I have watched with much enthusiasm as we yell at the TV with what we love and hate around the offerings this seasons contestants are presenting and their builds and design decisions.

Today the both of us tracked down to Phillip Island for the VIP experience to see all the homes and meet some of the teams.

I think property runs in our family DNA.

All the homes were amazing. But Maddy and Charlotte are our pick for best home.

Auction day for clients S & V. 4 parties with genuine bidding but this stunning family home still passed in.

Was a tough 45 minute post auction negotiatiion but we got the deal done, and on a 30 day settlement so our clients will be in their new home in time for Christmas.
