These two sales are a great reminder that every property has a story, and every seller's journey is different.

For Unit 3, the seller entrusted us with the sale of her beautiful beachside home after years of knowing and supporting each other. We knew how much this property meant to her, and we wanted to ensure every detail was handled with care.

From the moment the property launched, the response was incredible. Buyers were drawn to the relaxed coastal feel, the presentation, and the lifestyle that comes with living just moments from the beach. Behind the scenes, there were countless conversations, buyer follow-ups, inspections, negotiations, and strategy discussions to ensure no opportunity was missed.

After just 12 days on the market, 17 groups through the property and 8 competing offers, the home sold for $641,000, well above the listed price of Offers Over $559,000.

Unit 5 tells a completely different story.

I first met the seller while she was inspecting the neighbouring unit. She had been considering selling privately, hoping to save on commission. We sat down and talked through her goals, what the market was doing, and how we could help her achieve the best possible outcome.

Within days, we connected her with a buyer who had recently missed out on another property. They instantly fell in love with the unit and could see themselves enjoying the beachside lifestyle it offered. Through careful negotiation and matching the right buyer to the right property, we achieved a result that exceeded the seller's expectations by more than $65,000, all before the property even reached the market.

While the sold prices are exciting, what we're most proud of is helping two sellers move forward into their next chapter with confidence and helping two buyers secure homes they genuinely love.
