This June, Victor Harbor comes alive with the return of the Winter Whale Fest - a month-long celebration of whales, coastal culture, creativity and community, featuring more than 30 events across the region.

From lantern parades and live music to exhibitions, workshops and guided experiences, there's plenty to discover along our spectacular coastline.

Civecon Developments is continuing to invest in bringing much needed housing and amenities to SA's Southern Region, with the acquisition of an additional 20.3Ha directly opposite our existing Seascape community in Encounter Bay. Development Approval has recently been granted for additional 360 allotments within the new precinct, which is only a 12-minute stroll from the shoreline.

Construction is due to commence in 2027, with the first allotments anticipated to hit the market later this year.

We are pleased to announce that Stage 4 civil works are now complete. This means the roads and footpaths are complete, plus the water, sewerage and power supply are all installed and connected. Most importantly, titles are being issued this month and purchasers will soon be able to settle on their allotments and commence building. We loved hosting our first Meet Your Neighbour event at Seascape. It was the perfect afternoon of music from Leo Zerella, great food and even better company.
