Bought some more dirt with a buddy, today.
8 lots in Haddam, CT where Nick DeLuca and I are going to build a collection of thoughtfully designed homes named, The Enclave.
Being a broker, and in the industry for over 17 years, has allowed me to see what housing demand truly looks like. Now, I’m grateful to once again wear the developer hat as we look to meet those needs here in Connecticut, by providing right-sized homes with quality and ease.
