I believe real estate is all about bringing the right people together, helping sellers understand their property’s worth and how to present it, and helping purchasers find a new property that is perfect for them. Mary has over three decades real estate experience working with property developers, owning and managing rental properties and working as a multi award-winning property sales agent on the

north side of Brisbane. Mary is a great listener who understands that the decision to buy or sell, what is in effect a major asset is one which requires much considered thought and planning. From your initial confidential discussion and appraisal of your property, negotiating the sale until final settlement, she will guide, support and direct you so that at all times you will know just where you are in the sales process. Her communication skills are one of her greatest strengths and will ensure that you achieve the best result. Mary has honed her negotiating skills over the years when working with property developers, American mining machine producers, accountancy firms and she set up the Australian operations of an international business school, co-ordinated an international medical conference, and in her spare time worked as editor and secretary of the Coeliac Society, is Deputy Co-Ordinator of her local Neighbourhood Watch, a President of the Hills and District Chamber of Commerce, Chairperson of their annual Big Breakfast Fundraiser 2017, and a founding member of the NOW business group at Everton Park. Her passion for selling real estate has been honed during the past 30 years. She is dedicated to the task at hand and will not rest until she has achieved the best outcome for all concerned.
