DERBY STREET, Studio Bright for Milieu
(Construction Commenced)

Derby Street is a limited collection of 22 two, three and four bedroom homes, at the top end of Collingwood, designed in collaboration with Melbourne practice, Studio Bright.

Studio Bright's meticulous approach to design carries through seamlessly into the interiors of our Derby Street project. With emphasis on craft, materiality and context, spaces are thoughtfully planned and generously proportioned. A refined palette highlights quality and durability, with every element considered to support the routines of daily life. These homes embody the sense of warmth, sophistication and comfort that has come to define Studio Bright's most celebrated stand-alone homes.

Events & Activations Coordinator

Milieu is a creative property developer specialising in design-led apartment developments across Melbourne's inner suburbs. Since 2010, we've built a reputation for thoughtful, high-quality projects that respond to the character of their neighbourhoods, working across development, sales, marketing, and design.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised individual to join our team in a newly created contractor position. Working closely with our internal Sales and Marketing team, this role will oversee our display suites, coordinate events, and manage offsite logistics.
This is a part-time position with a minimum commitment of 12 hours per week, split between our Collingwood studio and our display suites. Evening and weekend availability will be required to support monthly events.

As this is a contractor position, applicants must hold an ABN or ACN.
