Growing up as a daughter of school teachers meant that we moved around quite a lot, I lived in tiny towns in outback NSW until I went to high school. Life was about spending time on friend’s properties helping with the farm duties, hanging out, roaming, riding bikes, entertaining yourself until it was time to come home for dinner. When I look back on it I was privilege to be able to have the freed

om that our children cannot have. Over my time I have worked in the banking world, project managed a new credit card for a bank, I am an accredited Financial Planner and Finance Broker plus I have trained and operated teams and have always worked in and around property in all forms, house and land, off the plan, first home owners, owner builders, investments and owner occupiers cross all states. What I am blessed with I can say is the ability to do sales as well as being a system person and the ability to think outside the box, so what I bring to real estate is the ability to see the bigger picture and work with both sales and admin to bring this together so that agents and admin have a world class environment in which to operate and thrive. In sales we have new agents just starting out, agents that have been here a few years right up to agents that have been in the game ten years or longer achieving levels that see them constantly receiving awards in the industry. We also have a unique ability to be able to help agents get to the next levels, creating teams around them so that they can continue to grow and never hit that glass ceiling. When we were at Anzac Cove I cried as I read this.

"Those hero's that shed their blood and lost their lives . You are now lying in the soil of a friendly country, therefore rest in peace.
