The Forrest Guesthouse offers comfortable and relaxed self-contained accommodation. The Lake Elizabeth is our Queen suite, the cosiest of our suites, perfect for singles or couples. The Forrest suite sleeps two and can be set up as twin singles or a King bed. Both the Otways and Barwon can sleep four - two in the main bedroom (either twin singles or a king bed) and the sofa in the lounge can sleep

two singles. We are near enough to local attractions, yet private enough if you want a complete escape from the everyday pressures of life. Why not book yourself a meal at the on-site restaurant, Dar Tèta? Enjoy an excellent meal and a drink, right on the doorstep of your accommodation.

How’s this weather?! 🤩☀️🐦 I had to pull over to look at the canola. Two suites remaining for our Otway Birds Women’s Retreat in October. You could be enjoying the sunshine and listening to Grey Shrikethrushes and fairywrens chattering in the 🥝 vine. The garden will be in the full swing of Spring by then….! Saturday night dinner sorted in Forrest! Spend the day riding bikes, then fill your belly with delicious 🌮 🍔 and fries… you’ve earned it! Geelong Taco Stand / Street Food Pop-Ups is coming back with all your favourites. Come and hang out, and get your dinner cooked by a couple of legends. Find them outside Forrest MTB Hire and Forrest Guesthouse at 16 Grant Street Forrest.

BAKED POTATOES! Who doesn’t love a baked spud with all the trimmings?! 🥔 🧀 🥓 This Friday evening Forrest Bower Bird Cafe will be hosting her third of the Flock Together winter dinners - this time it’s Baked Potatoes. Weather is looking fine, fire pit will be on. Can’t make tomorrow? Save the date for kebab night….

SATURDAY NIGHT SORTED. Looking forward to welcoming Geelong Taco Stand / Street Food Pop-Ups back to Forrest this Saturday 1 Aug. Once again we will transform the front of Forrest MTB Hire into a pop up restaurant for you! Come get your tasty tacos, your smashburgers and fries. No rain forecast, we’ll have the firepit cranking and you can take the night off cooking. 🥂🤩🌮🍟🍔
