On offer are quality, fully serviced yet self contained apartments located directly opposite, right on the edge of Wallis Lake of the Great Lakes. There is a public swimming enclosure on the lake across the road with restaurants, boat hire and mooring facilities within 50m. BBQ facilities are located on site. Three apartments are available, two with lake views and neat balconies. All apartments ha

ve a double and a queen bedroom, sleeping up to 4 adults. Each air conditioned unit contains a full kitchen and one bathroom. Moderately sized secure gated parking is available on site. There is also plenty of on-street parking for your larger 4 wheel drive. Wallis View is a mixed complex containing several holiday apartments and permanent residents. Cape Hawke Lookout

Pull on your walking shoes and bring some binoculars and a camera – after approximately 420 steps you’ll reach an 8.4m tower with 360-degree views of the surrounding area”.

Just five minutes from Forster, the Cape Hawke lookout offers spectacular 360-degree views along the coast from the top of a dedicated tower, perfect for whale watching.
