✨ Ray White Now - June 2026 - Fremantle✨

Fremantle continues it trajectory of robust local growth, outperforming broader capital city trends, coinciding with persistent demand in the WA market.

Fremantle’s median house price for May 2026 reached approximately $1.68M, reflecting a solid 12.8% gain over this same month last year. Over the past decade, house values have shown an impressive upward trajectory, increasing by an approximate 110.5%. Units also recorded strong performance, with their median price at approximately $890K, up a notable 16.1% from May 2025. This segment has maintained significant long-term growth, rising by around 53.4% over the last ten years.

Fremantle’s median weekly house rental rate reached an approximate of $950 as of May 2026, reflecting a solid 8.6% increase from the same month last year.
