Exciting news for Springwood! 🎉

Development Approval has now been granted for the future Springwood Early Learning Centre, a proposed 109-place childcare facility planned in the heart of the community.

This milestone marks another step forward in delivering the future amenity that will support local and future families as Springwood continues to grow!

Great progress is being made across Stages 5, 6 & 7, with earthworks complete in Stages 5 & 6 and major stormwater and sewer infrastructure works continuing throughout these stages.

We’re proud to continue our 11-year partnership with Gawler Central Football Club 👏

For more than a decade, we’ve loved supporting a club that brings so much energy, family spirit and connection to the local community.

As Club President Simon Argent shared, “We see Springwood as being really family orientated, which aligns with our club.”

Plus, when a Gawler Central member secures a block at Springwood, they’ll receive a $1,000 Visa gift card, with a further $500 contributed back to the club.

We’re excited to continue backing the club and local community in the year ahead 🙌

Easter fun at Springwood 🐰✨ Thanks to everyone who joined us for a great morning of family fun, eggs and smiles!

Our biggest Easter celebration yet at Springwood 🐰

Over 750 residents joined us for an incredible morning, and the community absolutely showed up.

From Gawler’s biggest Easter egg hunt with over 4,000 Cadbury eggs, to live music, face painting, glitter tattoos and balloon twisting — there was something for everyone to enjoy. Our littlest residents loved the Little Bunnies Hunt in the kids’ zone, complete with soft play, ball pit and ride-on cars.

The coffee cart was a hit with hot drinks and hot cross buns, while Gawler Central Football Club brought the energy with handball games alongside the team. A special visit from the Easter Bunny, plus bubbles and footies to take home, made it a day to remember.

Set within Springwood’s beautiful park, with our permanent playground and basketball court, it was the perfect space to come together and celebrate.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, we loved seeing the community out in full force!
