There’s been a lot of noise following the Federal Budget announcements, particularly around Negative Gearing and Capital Gains Tax (CGT).

Here’s the key takeaway for investors 👇

✔ Existing investment properties are expected to be grandfathered
✔ Current investors should largely retain their existing arrangements
✔ The biggest changes appear to impact future purchases of established homes from 1 July 2027

Wow! Where has the last month gone? It’s been so incredibly busy in the property market, & I’ve even managed another lap around the sun ☀️ 🥳 I can’t remember the last time I stopped to get lunch 🤔 But on my travels I needed a coffee, & found this hidden gem!
