ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING (AML) CHANGES

Important update for property buyers, sellers and stakeholders! We are getting a lot of enquiries about AML.

These requirements introduce enhanced client identification and verification processes for conveyancing transactions. This includes additional ID checks and requests information regarding the source of funds.

These changes are designed to help protect clients, reduce financial crime and strengthen confidence.

To avoid delays, please ensure requested information is provided promptly.

If you have questions, please contact a member of our team Baré Legal - Geelong || Surf Coast || Bendigo
