I have been living and working in Geraldton since 1980 and in the real estate industry with Ray White since 2002. After that many years, I have been through the best and worst of times and it is this experience that helps greatly when it comes to making sure transactions run smoothly and efficiently. I take great pride in my work and a large portion of my business comes from past clients. For most
of that time, my assistant Nicky Banks has been with me and handles most of the administration side and recently, my wife Chris has also joined us so we can provide an even better service to buyers and sellers. All three of us are licensed agents and are across any new legislation related to our industry and we all undertake regular training. On a personal level, Chris and I have been happily married for 40 years (well I am) and have two born and bred Geraldton kids and partners Nath & Rheann, Bec & Joel and four grandkids (Addison, Charlee, Paige & Declan) and happy to say they are all in Geraldton. We have lived in many suburbs over that time and are now very content living in the middle of town. We do spend a lot of time on our business to make sure you are looked after as you should be and when we are not, it is time with family & friends, drinking good beer and cheap red, (me, not Chris) eating most things, and enjoying what Geraldton has to offer. Golf is my other passion so if you call on a Thursday afternoon or every second Saturday, I am generally "on a course". My phone is diverted to Chris during those times so it is pretty rare someone doesn't answer or call you back quickly. Only you can make a decision on what agent you choose when it comes to your real estate needs.
