I have previously managed my own residential rental property portfolio and understand the challenges for landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers. For over five years, I have also owned and operated my own business in the Gladstone region and have a keen interest in marketing as well as customer service. In my spare time I am running around after my 14 year old son. He is passionate about riding his push bike and scooter but also with a keen interest in his motorbike. I have also sponsored a Para- Olympic Dressage Rider by offering my international level dressage horse for her to ride. They successfully made it to the Tokyo Olympics representing Australia, placing 10th in the world. “Romanos” has arrived home safely from his travels to Tokyo, being 21 years young, its time for him to hang up his competition shoes and enjoy retirement. Life has had its challenges, but without them I would not have had the experiences, opportunities or the personal growth. I know these life experiences will help me greatly to work with my clients to achieve a successful outcome. My goal is to bridge the gap between the buyer’s opinion of a property price and the price a home owner has in mind, while obtaining a successful result for my clients.
