Bit of market update since we haven’t done one of these in a while and the data has moved considerably 🤠

Gladstone’s property market is heating up with 556 active listings. Well above the usual mid 400 active listings; signalling increased supply. 63 new listings and 22 sales show movement, but buyers now have more choices, potentially leading to longer selling times or competitive pricing. Meanwhile, 15 withdrawn sales hint at seller caution as market conditions shift. Rising demand and affordability keep things dynamic, but buyers may gain an edge as supply grows.

Will this transition us from a sellers market to a buyers market? We’ll see where the next few weeks takes us.
