Our first purchase back in 2016. The vendor was the Housing Authority and the property was sold as a 'demolish & develop'.

We saw the potential and by renovating we were able to achieve two things:

1) Exposing beautiful features that would bring up valuation substantially

2) By adding a new bathroom we converted the master bedroom into a self-contained studio that brings in $17,000 a year on Airbnb which pays more than the current interest rate

Because of the condition of this property we were able to negotiate a discount of $130,000 from the original asking price 🔥🔥🔥

Hi we have a small Airbnb studio and need a cleaner on a regular basis.

Bookings range from 2 days up to 2 weeks so you need to be flexible.

We normally give you a couple days heads up before a clean.

Tasks include:
- general clean of room & bathroom
- change bedding (drop dirty linen in laundry on site and grab clean linen)
- check draws, microwave, fridge for left behinds
- put up curtains and make room presentable for next guest

The studio is only 15sqm incl bathroom and a clean for 2 generally takes 1/2 hour or 1h for one person.

Ideally you bring your own cleaning gear (vacuum, broom etc)

Hi there,
We need a team of cleaners (in case one gets sick the other can attend) to help us with the following:

- change linen of the 2 beds, dropping and picking the bedsheets in laundry
- clean the house (bedrooms, bathroom/laundry, kitchen)
- re-stock consumables like toilet paper, shampoo, dish washing liquid, salt...
- water the plants
- ABN Required

We estimate 2 cleans a week, but it varies depending on the reservations we get.

Other notes:.. if we like your job, there is potential of cleaning 4 Airbnb’s in total
.. if you do the laundry you can earn more as well
.. if there is same check in check out, the cleaning window is from 11am to 3pm
.. from time to time, we’ll also need a deep clean which will be paid separately.
