Stepping away from the office for a day is always worthwhile.

Our mid-year planning day with Benny Button gave us the chance to slow down, work through some breathwork, take part in team-building activities and spend time talking about wellness. It was a great reset and a reminder of how important it is to look after ourselves and each other.
