After three long years, the Glenorchy War Memorial Pool is officially reopening on **Thursday 1 October**, with the gates opening from **6:30am**.

And they’re not exactly slipping quietly back into summer either. 👀

There’s **free swimming**, a huge community **Pool Party**, an upgraded **50-metre pool** and, most importantly, the return of one of the northern suburbs’ most-loved local institutions. 💙

So dig the swimmers out of the drawer, find the goggles you definitely haven’t seen since 2023, and start planning those summer afternoons by the pool. ☀️
