The way property prices are presented is changing in Victoria.

From October 2026, the Statement of Information will be replaced by a new Property Price Statement (PPS).

The new PPS will give buyers clearer information about how a property’s estimated selling price has been determined, including more detail about the property and the comparable sales used.

Another change we’ll be keeping on top of for our buyers and sellers.
