Nearly two decades in real estate, and Roy Khoder is still setting the standard. 💙

There’s a reason Roy has built the reputation he has.

If you know Richard, chances are you know the smile first.

He has that way of making everyone feel welcome. Clients, buyers, colleagues, people he’s meeting for the first time. Richard is just incredibly easy to be around.

What you might not realise when you’re chatting to him is just how much he has going on behind the scenes.

Richard can be juggling multiple campaigns, buyers, vendors, negotiations and auctions at once and somehow never seems flustered. He is tireless, incredibly focused and absolutely relentless when it comes to getting the best result for his clients.

And yet, he makes it all look remarkably easy.

Like so many genuinely great agents, Richard isn’t interested in telling everyone how good he is. He just gets on with the job.
