The gates open, the gravel crunches under your feet and suddenly the pace feels a little slower.

Start the morning with coffee in bed, French doors open to the garden. Wander beneath the wisteria, take a stroll through the courtyard or soak in the hot tub as the Murray drifts past.

When everyone’s hungry, gather around the kitchen island with wine and a good grazing board.

As the afternoon fades, light the fire pit, pour another glass and settle in for the evening. Then head inside for a few games of pool and plenty of laughs.

Wander through the rose gardens, listen to the fountain and take your time over breakfast before heading out to explore Apex Park, just a short drive away.
Walk barefoot along the sandy river beach, follow the shaded paths beneath towering red gums or find a quiet spot by the water and settle in for a while.

Then it’s back to Bella Vista for a game of billiards, a slow evening in the lounge and the river just beyond the gardens.
A little exploring, plenty of space and a beautiful place to come back to.
