✨🩵 7 YEARS OF TOTALLY RENTALS GOLD COAST… AND WHAT A JOURNEY IT’S BEEN! 🩵✨

Seven years ago, I, Tracey Horsfall, took a leap of faith, backed myself and started Totally Rentals Gold Coast with a vision, a whole lot of determination and a belief that I could build something truly special.

Looking back today, I honestly feel so proud of how far I have come, not just as a business owner, but as a woman who has backed herself through the highs, the lows and everything in between. 🥹❤️

Building a business has been one of the most rewarding things I have ever done, but I would be lying if I said it’s always been easy.

There have been long days, tough decisions, unexpected challenges, sacrifices and moments when I have had to dig deep, trust my instincts and remind myself why I started in the first place.

There have also been incredible wins, valuable lessons, amazing relationships and moments that have made every bit of the hard work worthwhile.

Starting Totally Rentals was about more than just building a business. It was about creating something of my own, doing things my way and building a business that reflects my values, my standards and my passion for property management.

I wanted to create a business where people felt valued, where communication mattered, where clients knew they could trust me, and where personalised service wasn’t just something we talked about, but something we genuinely delivered.

Seven years later, those values remain at the heart of everything I do.

I am incredibly proud of what Totally Rentals has become, the relationships I have built, the clients who have trusted me with their investments and the reputation I have worked so hard to establish.

But perhaps what I am most proud of is the person I have become along the way.

I have learnt to trust myself more, make the hard decisions, embrace change, take risks and keep going even when things don’t unfold exactly as planned.

I have learnt that growth doesn’t always feel comfortable, success doesn’t happen overnight, and sometimes the biggest achievements come from simply refusing to give up on yourself.

There have been plenty of lessons along the way, and I am still learning, still growing and still pushing myself to be better.

To every landlord, investor, tenant, supplier and person who has supported me and Totally Rentals over the past seven years - THANK YOU. ❤️
