A Visit from Mayor Tom Tate and Councillor Glenn Tozer
Rainforest Rental Village recently welcomed a visit from Mayor Tom Tate and Councillor Glenn Tozer, who came out to see firsthand the progress being made on construction and the broader redevelopment of the site.
It's been a five-year journey to bring this project to where it stands today. Along the way, Jonic Properties and the City of Gold Coast worked closely together to manage a genuinely complex situation.
Looking back, it's a project we're proud of: a strong example of what can be achieved when a private developer and council work in close partnership toward a shared outcome.
