Sometimes, staying with the wrong property manager feels easier than making a change.

We recently took over the management of a property where the owner had been considering changing agents for quite some time. Her biggest concern? That the changeover would be stressful, things would fall through the cracks, and the whole process would become one big headache.

But eventually, she realised that staying was actually costing her more than leaving.

And what surprised her most? Her tenant was just as unhappy with the management experience as she was.

The transition was far simpler than she had imagined, and now both owner and tenant feel heard, supported and looked after - and we took over the insurance claim and all the repairs. Things were taking time - as things were not being followed up and completely thoroughly.

Sometimes the hardest part is simply making the decision to change.
