What a year it’s been.

In 2025, The Nathwani Team successfully sold 46 properties, achieving over $39 million in property sold across the local market.

This year has marked massive growth for our team — not just in results, but in experience, structure, and the level of service we’re able to deliver. Through changing market conditions, we’ve continued to achieve strong outcomes and build real momentum, and I couldn’t be prouder of how far we’ve come.

To every vendor who trusted us with their biggest asset, every buyer who backed our guidance, every referrer, supporter, and colleague — thank you. Your trust and support mean everything to us and are the reason we’re able to do what we do.

We’re only getting started, and we’re excited for what’s ahead.

I first sold this home to the owners years ago. They bought it with a plan — renovate, add value, and eventually upsize. Coming full-circle and being trusted again to help them close that chapter meant a lot.

We launched the campaign properly, activated the database, and delivered a complex record and a street record on Beattie Road.
But the result is only half the story.

What I genuinely love about this job is helping good people hit the goals they’ve been working toward for years. Being part of their journey — from the day they bought it to the day they cashed in on the renovation — that’s the part that hits different.

Coomera has my heart.
And honestly… in my humble opinion, nobody has more heart in the Coomera area than The Omkaar Nathwani Team. 😉
