I first sold this home to the owners years ago. They bought it with a plan โ€” renovate, add value, and eventually upsize. Coming full-circle and being trusted again to help them close that chapter meant a lot.

We launched the campaign properly, activated the database, and delivered a complex record and a street record on Beattie Road.
But the result is only half the story.

What I genuinely love about this job is helping good people hit the goals theyโ€™ve been working toward for years. Being part of their journey โ€” from the day they bought it to the day they cashed in on the renovation โ€” thatโ€™s the part that hits different.
