Obviously you would have seen the recent press on the situation of our Builder Condev in their current financial situation.

We feel for Condev as they have had a long-term commitment and involvement at Allure and it is unfortunate that they are unable to continue to trade.

We have acted quickly and appointed Descon Construction to complete the Project and advise that the site will be back open and operational by Wednesday 24th March.

We are confident that the Construction Works will be 100% complete by the end of October 2022 and certified with Titles issued by the middle of November allowing settlement at the end of November 2022.

We are pleased to also advise you that we have ensured all current site staff employed by Condev have retained their jobs with Descon Constructions and all their Salary entitlements have been fully paid. In addition, we have ensured all subcontractors on Allure will be fully paid their contract entitlements and their contracts novated immediately to the Developer.

This has been a difficult time for all but a good outcome for Allure and its stakeholders.
