So at present we are still doing Handyman work around the Gold Coast.
However we have started to build a loft library in the kitchen ceiling void.
Exciting times as I have wanted a library for at least 15 years!! 😊👏🏻👏🏻
It will be a sitting only space (not a lot of headroom) and the grandkids will love it as I will have their games and crafts up there. 😁
Will need to add plenty of more structure for support. But Tony’s on to it. 👍🏼

We have been freshening up the paint of our home at Gold Coast. Just in middle of painting & purchasing new furniture for our loft apartment which is attached to the side of our house so photos coming soon of that quick makeover. Hi All, Sorry we haven’t been posting. We have returned to Australia. Have been doing a lot of repairs and painting of our home to repair and refresh after being rented. We have had all our family together and a wonderful celebration of the wedding of our daughter Sarah and her partner Alex. Going to start looking for a renovation project in Queensland now. 👍🏼😊

#27 - the last month has been full on! Tony, David, Ray & myself have put in the hard work & the extra hours and have a quality home ready for listing!
*Outdoor Bath cleaned and painted.
*Outdoor bathroom completed.
*Roof on pergola.
*All trims finished.
*Fences finished and painted.
*Landscaping completed.
*Shed insulated, lined and painted externally and internally.
*Rocks put down one side of house
*Clothesline installed
*Outdoor storage area built and roof put on.
*Grass vacuuming done to remove all wood shavings…lol 🤣
