Personalised Property Returns is growing and we are looking for an experienced Guesty Onboarding and Integrations Specialist to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who understands short term accommodation systems inside out and enjoys setting properties and clients up for success from day one.

About the role

You will be responsible for onboarding new properties into Guesty, managing integrations, and ensuring a seamless transition for owners and internal teams. You will work closely with management and support teams to maintain high operational standards across our portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Guesty account setup and optimisation
• Channel manager integrations and PMS configuration
• Property onboarding and system audits
• Troubleshooting integrations and workflows
• Supporting team members with Guesty processes
• Maintaining accurate listings and system data

About you

• Strong experience with Guesty is essential
• Confident with integrations and channel management
• Detail focused and highly organised
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Experience in short term accommodation or holiday management preferred
