I have. Nearly 10 years of it, right here on the Gold Coast.
And I've lived here since 1980. I've watched this place grow from a quiet coastal town into one of Australia's most sought-after property markets. I know these suburbs, these streets, and this community in a way that only comes from a lifetime here.
When I made the move into property management, people thought it was a step down. It wasn't. It was the missing piece.

Around 80% of my property management clients have bought or sold with me — most of them multiple times. The other 20% were referred by someone who had. I've never advertised for clients. Every single person came to me through a relationship.
