The rain keeps coming back but that's not stopping us from pushing ahead at UNIQ in Bundall 💪🏻

Landcaping going in ✔️
Stone benchtops and splashbacks being installed ✔️

Most of the joinery now finished ✔️

It took a bit longer than expected, mainly due to some pretty extreme weather, but we've hit another major milestone at UNIQ Residences in Bundall 👍

The scaffold has all been taken down so now the access roads, pool area and driveways can get started 🤩

And while that's happening we're continuing with the painting, joinery and landscaping. The is a light at the end of the tunnel and it's getting closer every day.

The render and external painting is finished. The scaffold continues to come down. Lifts are almost finished. Roof terraces are taking shape. Most wet areas are now tiled and the joinery is progressing well. Pool area and access roads will be starting soon!

The finish line is in sight 😎

At last we have some good weather! And the Apexon team have been making the most of it 👍🏻

We got our first real look at what the buildings will look like now the scaffold on block 1 has started to come down 😎

Rendering the rest of the blocks is going well. Plus there's roofing, painting, external cladding, electrical work, water testing bathrooms and more...
