Hi everyone,

Edit* App is undergoing Patent review so may not be available until August/September.

It’s been a long time between posts, but the app and company launch is now oh so very close. July 1 is the proposed launch date. Just waiting on patents and trademarks to clear. We probably could have done June 1 but I just want to make sure things are right, tested, double tested and 100% ready for both sellers and buyers.

The app will now no longer cater to just real estate/property sales, it can and will translate to but not limited to commercial real estate sales, farm sales/farming machinery, automobiles, trucks, trailers, marine vehicles, aviation, businesses and companies, and/or absolutely any acquisition you can think of. (Loan approvals will be subject to minimum amount repayments on a case by case basis - For the most part a contract will not be done for less than $100,000 unless the contract sale is to be set up to be paid over a short period of time.)

There will also be two forms of finance, Vendor Finance & Installment Finance (these can be explained in person.) You can have multiple properties or loans as a buyer, and/or multiple properties or loans as a seller running at any time. Contracts can be drawn up by our solicitors on absolutely any deal (within reason of course) and are covered by state and federal law, the loan will be monitored for the life of the loan within the app and is fully accessible to view within your profile, there you can see past payments/future payments, interest etc. You may pay out any loan as fast as you like or transfer to a bank if wanted when you are ready using the equity or cash you have built as your deposit, there will be no lock in’s and no early payouts unless specified in your contract buy the seller and agreed upon by the buyer. A lot of the time your loan may already be better than a banks so you can happily stay with Hartley’s Vendor Finance & Installment Loans, I promise I am here for and will look after you.

We will have upon release of the app a accredited Registered Company, Real Estate Licence/s, Credit Licence/s registered with ASIC. I am here to cater and look after every single person, both buyers and sellers. I absolutely cannot wait to have what I have put my heart into for the past nearly 2 years available for you all, thankyou for your patience! 🙏🏻

Hi all,

Posting an update in regards to the app. Unfortunately the developers are taking longer than anticipated and it doesn’t look like a release will happen for maybe another 1-2 months so I am hoping fingers crossed it may be out mid-January to February but February may be the realistic date.

Hey everybody, just an update as to where the app and release date is at.
