Colliers International Director of Residential David Higgins tells us why Lyra Hope Island is in such high demand from purchasers:
“There’s virtually no completed townhomes other than those at Lyra available for sale on Hope Island, and there is limited development of affordable townhomes in the pipeline, so Lyra is unique to the market,” he says.
“Hope Island has really matured as a community in recent years, with the development of several new retail, health and commercial precincts which have transformed the suburb into a self-sufficient neighbourhood, with all major amenities within easy reach.
“We are seeing a high level of buyer demand due to record low interest rates, government incentives and strong interstate migration, so we’re expecting the remaining stage one, and the new stage two, townhomes at Lyra to be taken up quickly.”
