- Contracts getting signed for another apartment in Amaya

There is no right or wrong way to sell property, there is only strategy and each agent may run campaigns differently.

If I was to sell any of my property portfolio in this market, this is the strategy I would run.

It’s usually effortless to talk about how well the Gold Coast property market is doing however the past few months has seen a complete pivot and conversations around the property market being very different.

What I am glad to see is that all clients who have accepted offers have still done well, everyone has adjusted and results are now starting to happen.

Then vs Now

A few months back we did behind the sale of 4 Salerno Street, Isle of Capri. A beautiful new build that achieved a record price for a dry block and sqm for land size.

This was the third property I had sold for my clients and a huge honour to be representing them once again and this beautiful home.

It’s interesting listening to what I said in this video and how things can pivot. In a few months, we have seen the market shift. Usually auctions are my preferred strategy for my high end campaigns however now my strategies for campaigns have adapted to the current market we are in.

Over the upcoming weeks, I will be going over what I have been seeing in the property market since May, how my business has now changed to help clients still get the best result and outcome for them, tips for people looking to sell and my preferred strategies for the market we are in.

My clients Jacob & Nikki went on the market around the time the market started shift.

They were open to all strategy conversations, listened to the market, saw the importance of choosing the right buyer for their home and sold at the end of their EOI with 6 offers to choose from.

Between both sellers and buyers, both groups worked extremely well together right up to the final date of settlement.

This was a really enjoyable campaign to work on and thank you for trusting me, Nat and the team 🤍🤍

Coastline Prestige:
- Meeting with new referring partners
- Meeting with our REA reps to discuss marketing and positioning for the new FY for Coastline
- Coastline Prestige half yearly celebrations - location set and booked
- Starting to book in catch ups with agent partners to discuss everything business

Business opportunities:
- New business collaboration discussions happening this week and exciting opportunities unfolding. More details to come soon.

A huge congratulations to my clients who have recently accepted offers on their homes and with multiple offers to choose from. One home receiving 11 written offers, the other receiving 6 written offers & both settling in 30 days.

While we have been doing a few price releases this week on our other beautiful homes and campaigns, in the backend we have also been prepping the next lot of campaigns.

I have now viewed the next lot of homes, campaigns are currently being prepped and 3 homes are getting ready for the market and launching within the next 3 - 5 weeks 🤍🤍
