And this beautiful soul did it - purchased, settled and received the keys to her first home 🩷 It was exciting assisting Lola through the process of her purchasing her first home.

This was also a full circle moment. What I didn’t realise until the sold sticker went up is that I had met Lola 5 years ago when her parents purchased a block of land I had for sale. I have so much respect for her parents and to see Lola all grown up, purchasing her very first home and starting her property journey - it was quite special to be apart of.

Happy Thursday and what a week to come back too. The backend of the year was planned to be quiet however since coming back, it has been a huge week and while I am still catching up and focusing on current campaigns, here are some updates:

A huge congratulations to all buyers & sellers who settled while I was away:

- 193 Lynwood Drive, Guanaba
- 9 Saunders Drive, Cooran
- 8 Appollo Place, Oxenford

A huge thank you to the team for helping out - truly appreciate for such a collaborative team 🫶🏼

I am really excited for all buyers and sellers who are scheduled to settle on their homes for the month of November and moving in time for Xmas:

- 1 Autumn Court, Mudgeeraba
- 5/254 Christine Avenue, Varsity Lakes

Clients who are currently negotiating and clients who have just come to the market:

- 704/146 Surf Parade, Broadbeach
- 4/4 Anembo Street, Chevron Island
- 10/88 ‘penthouse’ Stanhill Drive, Chevron Island

These will be the last campaigns for the year and if any of the above homes are of interest, please reach out. All new campaigns will be launched 2026 and we have some beautiful homes getting ready for market for 2026.

I will also be available for another 3 weeks and then I will be taking a month off over Xmas, travelling back to the Philippines and Vietnam for the first time and then ready to come back for a big 2026

At the start of the year, I was invited to an event and met Matt who represents Destiny Rescue - An organisation trying to stop s*x trafficking and exploitation.

What has unfolded throughout this year is a continued relationship between Matt, myself and my partner (whose business focuses overseas where a lot of these rescues occur)

We thank Matt for inviting Wyatt and I along to their breakfast held on the Gold Coast yesterday where it is incredible to see many people in the community wanting to play their part and who are humanitarian focused.

What I didn’t realise until getting to know Matt more is Australia is the country where most of the perpetrators are coming from and western men make up the largest percentage of perpetrators within the countries they focus on. Destiny Rescue’s primary focus is to rescue as many children from these situations where they are being trafficked or exploited online.

One example they gave us yesterday is a rescue they did where they rescued two girls under the age of 12 where a group of Australian men had flown over to this country to pay for these two girls and take their virginity - LET THAT SINK IN - a story that is not uncommon.

I truly want to thank Matt from Destiny Rescue who brought a lot of awareness yesterday - it is something we are looking into on how we can play out part in the future 🧡🧡

From tomorrow I will be taking 10 days off where I am so excited to be taking a retreat style getaway, completely slowing down, planning out what 2026 looks like and creating the vision of how everything will unfold.

The focus, persistence and dedication.

Looking at our numbers for November and I am so excited to announce Coastline has hit its biggest month since starting.

September was the month we hit our biggest month, November we now bypass this and it’s these small milestones and everyone coming together and playing their part which keeps the vision moving forward.

I have many discussions with women who are at the point where they are deciding to leave the industry.

It’s not because of the clients or selling homes because the feedback is they enjoy this side of the industry. It’s the old school way of doing real estate that has been engrained into many of us of how we should run our businesses, how we should be as an agent to be successful and for some - there can be a huge disconnect.

Success in this industry is not how many properties someone is selling, it is not about the GCI, it is not how many hours someone is working to the point they reach burnout, it is not the flashy items they are driving or walking around with.

Success in this industry is how happy someone truly is and how well they have integrated their real estate business into their personal life. We are multifaceted human beings with many interests. I can always tell if an agent is truly happy by the way they carry themselves, their language, how they are balancing personal life & business. Real estate is an industry that doesn’t stop and so to be able to integrate the business and personal life is a real skill and focus.

I co-founded this agency because I was creating something I was looking for. I didn’t realise how many other amazing women were also feeling the same. I now surround myself with so many other amazing individuals who have let go of the traditional way of doing real estate (the hustle culture, KPI’s, long hours, GCI focus, no longer accepting that toxic cultures or toxic leaders is the norm) and are continuing to build their businesses based on their values and what makes them truly happy.

To be successful in my eyes is to be someone who truly owns who they are, builds a business around their own values, has learnt how to integrate the both and be unapologetic about it.

There is a new way of doing things and it is really exciting to be apart of 🧡🧡

My heart is honestly so full after today. There is a bit of a surreal moment of - wow this is Coastline Prestige - Every person who works alongside this brand makes Coastline prestige what it is today and I feel so proud to work alongside such incredible people.

Today the team came together and we celebrated the most recent quarter. We have had a few engagements recently announced, pregnancies and while we have so much to celebrate with real estate, there have been so many exciting personal milestones as well.

From the bottom of my heart, I thank each and every one of you for choosing to create and build such a welcoming, fun and inviting space to be apart of.

Coming back after a week of being away and hearing how the week unfolded ~ I am truly appreciative of everyone who helps make Coastline what it is.

We are finishing this month with:

- Coastline having its biggest month in September since starting this agency

- Katie Wilson having her biggest month in real estate ever with 5 properties settling this month

- Narelle Wade & Sarah Tanner both setting new street records this month with their campaigns and getting ready to launch their new properties
