There’s a lot of pressure baked into real estate that doesn’t need to be there. Buying and selling homes is a big decision, and my job isn’t to rush anyone through it - it’s to help them make the right move with confidence.

Here are a few things I genuinely don’t care about as your agent.

I don’t care if you change your mind. Thats part of the process. Clarity comes from seeing options and not forcing decisions.

I don’t care if you’re nervous. You should be. This matters, and it’s normal to feel that weight.

I don’t care how many homes we look at. We stop when it’s right - not when it’s convenient.

I don’t care what realestate.com, neighbours, friends or family says it’s worth. The market ultimately decides. Not an algorithm or other opinions.

I don’t care if you have multiple opinions. Ask as many as you want, if you’re not getting the answers you’re not getting the proper advice and that’s un-expectable.

And I don’t care if your house is messy. I’m not judging your life - I’m evaluating the property.

Real estate works best when there’s room to think, ask questions, and move at a pace that actually makes sense for you. The goal isn’t speed. It’s making a decision you feel good about long after the paperwork is signed.

My role is guidance, not pressure..
