Siutated across the road from one of the quieter boat ramps in Goolwa and with a walking path out the front, this spot is perfect for relaxing. There are water views from downstairs and it's an easy walk into town and restaurants. The up

stairs balcony is perfect for taking in the twilight sailing races. There are TVs located upstairs and downstairs. Two main bedrooms with Queen size beds, and a third bedroom with 2 bunks and another Queen bed make it ideal for a holiday with family and friends. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. The home has two bathrooms and a laundry with front loading washing machine. Sit on the water front or retreat to the large back garden with outdoor furniture and BBQ.
