Terms & Conditions – Fair Work, Fair Pay
We believe in honest work for honest pay. Our aim is always to deliver high-quality results, clear communication, and fairness on both sides.
1. Call-Out Fee / Initial Payment
For all new or unquoted jobs, an initial payment will be required prior to commencement.
This covers:
The first day’s labour
Materials required to begin the job
Return travel from Goomeri, charged at $2 per kilometre
The call-out amount will be confirmed before we start, as it varies depending on materials and distance.
2. Hourly Rates
Stefan (Qualified Tradesman): $100 per hour
Assistant: $65 per hour (only for hours worked)
Administration: Included within the total project cost (covers quoting, communication, invoicing, and reporting)
All hours are logged accurately and reflect only the time spent on your project.
3. Daily Invoicing & Progress Reports
For unquoted or evolving work:
Invoices will be issued daily or at agreed intervals.
Each invoice includes a brief progress summary.
Payment is due upon receipt to continue work the following day.
This keeps everything transparent and ensures we can keep your project moving without interruption.
4. Deposits for Quoted Work
Quoted jobs require a 50% deposit before commencement, with the balance due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
5. Materials & Travel
All materials purchased specifically for your job will be itemised and added to your invoice.
Travel is charged at $2 per kilometre return from Goomeri.
6. Payment Terms
Payment methods and details are listed on your invoice.
Late payments may incur additional fees and will pause further work until resolved.
Failure to pay may result in recovery action or refusal of future service.
