KMJ Surveying KMJ Surveying specialises in land subdivisions, urban & rural surveys.

WHAT WE DO: KMJ Surveying is fundamentally a Land Management business, and what we mean by that is anything to do with developing land that requires boundary changes, boundary identification, boundary marking and the setting out for constructions is what we do. As Surveyors, we need to be the first on location to measure your land, calculate what area you have to work with, determine the fall of the land, create contours, identify services and determine the constraints and opportunities of the land. At KMJ Surveying we specialise in land subdivisions, both urban and rural, and with 25 years of current staff continuous service doing this in an around Goulburn, we have developed relationships with a team of specialist consultants and the respect of councils to achieve what is possible. Co-owner Justin Kell has been the Project Manager over the last 5+ years of two of Goulburn's largest and recently completed 100+ lots subdivisions, The Tillage and Joseph's Gate. Both highly regarded for their finished product and Justin's cooperative approach working with council and clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.

WE WON! WE WON! 🏆🎉**
What an unforgettable Saturday night! The KMJ Surveying team headed up to Sydney for the EISSI Awards at the Hyatt Regency Ballroom overlooking Darling Harbour—and we couldn't be prouder of the results!
We were up for two awards and took them both home:
✨ **Rural Cadastral Surveying & Land Titling** for our submission *"Future Proofing an Old Family Farm Holding"*—a 4-lot rural subdivision of the 'Willeroo' family farm on Collector Road, Currawang, right on Lake George.
✨ **Professional Surveying Organisation of the Year (Small Firm)**! We might be a small firm, but we are so proud to make a BIG impact in the surveying world and right here in our local community.
The night started with a wonderful opening address by Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of NSW. The hilarious Jean Kittson kept the energy high as MC (and built up the suspense before the big reveal!).
A huge thank you to ISNSW and Consulting Surveyors NSW for putting on such a brilliant event. We capped off a huge night celebrating on the 12th-floor bar overlooking the harbor! 🥂✨
