Sharing some of the highlights, the milestones, the wins, the moments of pride and gratitude…but I’m very aware that 2025 has also been an incredibly tough year for some of those close to my heart. Not every challenge, loss or quiet battle is visible, and I want to acknowledge that alongside the positives…
I’m so very grateful for the support, kindness and strength I’ve witnessed this year from family, friends, clients, colleagues and our wider community. It’s a reminder that everyone is carrying something, even when things might look good on the surface.

Walking into Christmas with our final SOLD sticker before the big day!

Feeling very grateful to have been trusted with another sale and to help an owner achieve a wonderful result just before Christmas. These moments are never taken for granted.
This may be our last sold sticker before the big day, the market doesn’t completely pause. This evening I was fortunate enough to share some lovely news with a buyer ahead of Christmas Day, their offer has been accepted, which made the timing extra special for them.
Property has a way of moving when the right people come together, and I’m truly thankful to be part of that process. Wishing everyone a safe, happy and peaceful Christmas Day tomorrow 🤍

I’m feeling incredibly grateful for our community...

Thanks to the kindness and generosity of our local community, A Little Ray of Giving has once again wrapped up with over 100 gifts collected for children in need right here in our own area.

What makes this so special is knowing that every single gift stays local. By working directly with the agencies, we can ensure each donation goes straight to children and families within our community who need it most.
