✨ What’s the most rewarding part of being a Property Manager?
“The most rewarding part is helping people find a place they can call home and building positive relationships with both tenants and landlords. I also enjoy seeing the results of my work and knowing I’ve made a difference.”

✨ What do you enjoy most about working in Property Management?
“I enjoy building relationships with tenants, landlords and trades, solving problems as they come up, and seeing everything come together to keep a property running smoothly.”

✨ What’s one thing you’ve learnt since joining the Ray White team?
“I’ve learnt how important communication, organisation and teamwork are in Property Management. There’s always something different happening each day, so being able to adapt, stay calm and work together makes such a big difference.”

✨ You started your career with us in sales administration and have worked your way through to becoming a successful Sales Agent. What has that journey taught you?"The same as outside of work, if you are good to people and treat them well, they are usually good to you in return. Honesty can be difficult for many people to accept however I will always feel good about being honest and authentic even if it isn't exactly what someone wants to hear, but is what they need to hear."
