Introducing our amazing Kia Scott who was featured in this month's Estates Magazine!

Kia Scott is a Real Estate Sales Manager with Elders, based in Goulburn and servicing clients across the Southern Tablelands Region.

She works with residential, lifestyle and rural properties and specialises in premium rural lifestyle holdings and larger farm assets in the Goulburn, Taralga and Crookwell areas.

Before moving into real estate, Kia spent 25 years in the advertising industry, including ten years at Saatchi & Saatchi Sydney a senior TV, print production and art buyer. She later managed production companies for major brands including Toyota, Cadbury and Paspaley Pearls.

Seven years ago, Kia and her family relocated to their Taralga farm, embracing a regional lifestyle with her partner Adam and their two boys, Cooper and Hudson.

"Moving into real estate felt like a natural progression with the skills I have used in my previous roles," she said.

For Kia, communication and connection lie at the heart of her approach to the role.

"I'm a real people person," she said.

"I love getting to know my clients on a personal level and creating the best experience and outcome for them. Communication is probably my biggest superpower."

Today, Kia branches her role as Real Estate Sales Manager for the Goulburn and Crookwell branches while remaining an active sales agent.
