Help to Buy Purchase Scheme

Under Help to Buy, eligible home buyers will have access to an equity contribution to buy a home with a smaller deposit and a smaller mortgage. The Federal Government has allocated 10,000 slots for this scheme across Australia.
Due to the limited number of available slots across all of Australia, this scheme will be highly competitive, so it is important to register as early as possible, so please contact me to prepare for the detailed announcement on this scheme, which is expected soon.
For new properties in Regional Australia under $500k total cost, the Federal Government have said they would offer an equity contribution up to 40% of the value of the property.
To be eligible, buyers only need to save a deposit of 2% of the value of the property, with the government assistance applying only for those earning under government-specified income limits.

Regional First Home Buyer Guarantee

In the recent budget, the Federal Government has extended its incentives for first home buyers by helping 10,000 eligible first home buyers a year in Regional Australia to buy a home through sponsoring the cost of mortgage insurance to save first home buyers the usual cost of mortgage insurance with a range of participating lenders. Additionally, this mortgage guarantee scheme also entitles the borrower to cheaper interest rates with most lenders than normal rates offered to borrowers on higher borrowing levels.
